Connecting the Entire Industry Chain
VIBE 2025 operates on a B2D2C (Business-to-Designer-to-Consumer) trade model, a unique platform capable of deeply connecting all value-creating links in the supply chain, from design, manufacturing, and construction to distribution and the end consumer. At VIBE, a series of interwoven activities—including industry-wide networking, professional knowledge sharing, and creative experiences—will deliver a journey of Diverse Connections, Rich Knowledge, and Deep Experiences for the architecture, interior, and construction community.
VIBE 2025 is expected to host up to 700 booths with 300 exhibitors across a 15,000m² area. The exhibitors at VIBE are diverse, including furniture and building materials manufacturers, retailers, distributors, design studios, architectural firms, real estate developers, technology solution providers, distributors for international brands in Vietnam, and suppliers looking to access the domestic market. VIBE is also a unique and specialized arena where prestigious brands in architecture, interiors, construction, technology, and real estate all appear on a single platform. In addition to the 80% of businesses from 2024 that have already re-registered, VIBE 2025 will also feature major brands such as Lixil, Tavico Home, Secoin, Cotto Nha Xinh, Danpal, GreenDS, Kian Contract Vietnam, and a series of high-end domestic and international suppliers of materials, technology, and furniture.
This year, VIBE 2025 aims to attract up to 15,000 visitors, a 50% increase compared to 2024. The target audience for VIBE is 60% industry professionals, including architects, designers, stylists, project developers, investors, and architecture, design, and construction companies. This focus on a professional audience highlights VIBE’s role not just as a vibrant trading platform, but also as a space for professional dialogue and creative inspiration for the community.
VIBE 2025: Next in Space
Vietnam is entering a period of extensive administrative reform, with a policy to merge provinces and cities across the country. This initiative is leading to major changes in management, infrastructure allocation, and urban planning. Specifically, local authorities are faced with the challenge of replanning administrative centers, reallocating and connecting public infrastructure, redesigning public and semi-public areas, and creating inter-regional spaces that align with the new organizational model.
These developments present a significant challenge for the entire Architecture, Construction, and Interior industries: How can we create living, working, and connecting spaces that are suitable for this new form of social organization?
Based on this urgent context and need, VIBE 2025 is the first specialized exhibition for the Architecture, Interior, and Construction sectors to introduce a hot topic directly linked to the issue of administrative reform and mergers. With its theme, “Next in Space” VIBE 2025 not only reflects the changes in the administrative restructuring context but also serves as an invitation for the entire industry to collectively envision the future of living spaces in a time of societal transformation.

The theme is guided by four key criteria: SUSTAINABILITY—with a focus on ecological planning, leveraging existing infrastructure, and adapting to climate change; SMART—by integrating digital solutions into the design, management, and operation of urban spaces; STYLE—demonstrated through shaping new aesthetics with personalized, emotional, and community-centric experiences; and SPIRIT—with efforts to preserve regional character amid administrative and social restructuring. These criteria also serve as a guiding compass for curating activities at VIBE 2025, aiming to create a platform that comprehensively integrates various fields into a space that aligns with the theme and remains relevant to contemporary trends.
An Exhibition of Diverse Connections, Rich Knowledge, and Deep Experiences
VIBE 2025 is an exhibition co-created by leading industry associations such as HAWA, SACA, the Vietnam Association of Architects, the Ho Chi Minh City Architects Association, and the Vietnam Interior Design Association, along with a network of experts, consultants, and influential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Beyond just a showcase, VIBE is a space for professional dialogue and creative inspiration, where content is curated and led by the trendsetters within the architecture, interior design, and construction ecosystem.
Serving as a companion to VIBE since its inaugural event, Architect Nguyen Thu Phong, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Architects, shared his thoughts on Kienviet.net: “The VIBE exhibition is a reputable event, organized by professional associations and bringing together designers, businesses, and experts from many fields—from architecture to interiors. This multi-sector cooperation model is highly encouraging because it not only promotes professional exchange but also creates a platform for learning and developing the professional community.”
Guided by its core value of connection, VIBE implements a series of multi-connected interactive activities aimed at linking businesses across the entire supply chain, from design, manufacturing, and construction to retail and the end consumer. Businesses can register to participate in events like V-Connect to present their solutions and products to visitors, or join V-Night—an intimate networking dinner that gathers architects and experts from all over the country, fostering authentic connections in an open and inspiring atmosphere.
Beyond commercial networking, VIBE 2025 is also a space for knowledge sharing, where professional perspectives, strategies, and industry development trends are discussed in depth. Through activities like V-Gallery—an exhibition of award-winning architectural and design projects both domestic and international; V-Forum—a dialogue platform with experts, speakers, and policymakers; and the V-CPD program featuring seminars led by the Ho Chi Minh City Architects Association to help architects earn continuous professional development points, VIBE offers a journey of updating knowledge, inspiring creativity, and enhancing the capabilities of the professional community.
Simultaneously, VIBE 2025 provides unique visual and emotional experiences through a series of activities such as the V-Thematic Pavilion—a display space showcasing themes that combine local identity with global trends; V-Movie—a screening of documentaries about architecture and the people behind the projects; and V-Workshop—where visitors can directly experience traditional craftsmanship, touching culture with their own hands. These, along with many other engaging experiential activities, make VIBE 2025 not just a trade fair but a high-value playground for the architecture, interior, and construction communities—a place where people can connect, share expertise, and find inspiration to live beautifully and sustainably through their profession.
